About the Company Youll be joining a growing provider of a domiciliary support foradults and elderly in their own homes.

The organisation is focused on quality, innovation, and building services that are clinically robust, compliant, and genuinely person-centred.

Key Responsibilities Hold Registered Manager accountability for a domiciliary services, ensuring full CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery.

Grow the service and secure new contracts with the local authorities.

Hire carers to support the services growth.

Provide strategic and operational leadership across geographically dispersed teams, including quality assurance, governance, and on-call oversight.

Support service improvement and growth, working with commissioners, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop sustainable services.

About You Current Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care, or community-based services.

Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance frameworks across adult and childrens services.

Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary or remote teams within regulated care environments.
