Key responsibilities:
- Manage a patch of tenants and properties
- Conduct tenancy and neighbourhood visits
- Deal with ASB, tenancy breaches and neighbour disputes
- Support vulnerable tenants and safeguarding cases
- Work with tenants to sustain tenancies
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
- Manage complaints and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate housing management records
- Apply housing legislation and tenancy policies
