We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading, national high street retailer at their Cardiff Head Office.

Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager, you will assist in driving profitable traffic to the company website and increasing customer acquisition and retention via online marketing channels, to help achieve their ambitious growth targets.

As Digital Marketing Executive you will: Lead the full email marketing lifecycle in email CRM from concept and build to testing, deployment and reporting Produce compelling, on-brand content that supports trade priorities, seasonality and product storytelling.

Own segmentation and customer targeting to deliver personalised, high performing campaigns.

Develop campaigns tailored to different brand demographics.

Identify opportunities for optimisation across email and SMS, implementing A/B tests and analysing performance metrics/span.

Track key KPIs in email, SMS, affiliates, paid search and paid social; including deliverability, engagement, conversions and revenue Support the Customer Marketing team in growing the loyalty programme and actioning day-to-day operational needs.

Support the Digital Marketing Manager in daily trade and performance marketing discussions, contributing to forecasting and content strategy Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to align on creative priorities and trade moments You will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of online attribution methodologies and measurement.

An analytical approach to interpret data and derive actionable insights Strong attention to detail and an organised approach This is a permanent role with excellent prospects for future growth and progression.
