Role Description As a Delivery Lead - Technical & AI, you will be responsible for the delivery of engaging technical content, supporting learners through their development journeys, marking and assessing work, and providing one-on-one coaching to trainers & Learners, and driving best practises amongst the technical training team.

You will ensure both the technical team and their learners are proficient in their competency areas and closely collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

About You 8+ years industry experience in Network/IT Support/Technician/Software Development/Cyber or a proven track record delivering IT education (higher education, instructor-led training, conference speaking, and/or e Learning).

Comp TIA qualified in either A+, N+ or S+ or a willingness to work towards these qualifications.

Highly Knowledgeable of AI tools and ability to teach others.

Strong Training and Teaching skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective training programs.

Experience or skill in E-Learning design and development, including the use of digital tools to create engaging learning materials.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coach and mentor learners.

Ability to work independently to manage training initiatives while collaborating within a team environment.

Ability to deliver best practices and be aware of Health and Safety, Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, Equal Opportunities, and related Acts, actively embedding these principles into teaching and learning.

Ability to utilise feedback received from participants to evaluate and assess tutoring sessions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of future sessions.
