We are working with a highly successful and rapidly growing business based in the heart of Cardiff to recruit a Financial Accountant on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
- Delivering accurate financial analysis and insight to support decision-making
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting processes
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring robust financial controls
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial support and challenge
- Assisting with audit preparation and statutory reporting requirements
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Supporting ongoing projects linked to business growth and transformation
About You:
- Part-qualified or qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Previous experience within a Financial Accountant, Management Accountant or similar finance role
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
