Deliver H&S briefings, toolbox talks and training where required

Work closely with operational teams to ensure Health & Safety is embedded into everyday working practices

Maintain accurate H&S documentation, records and reporting

Holds a recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent

Has a good working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation

Is confident completing risk assessments, audits and incident investigations

Has experience within a fast-paced operational environment

Ideally comes from fresh produce, food manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing, distribution or a similar environment

Is practical, approachable and comfortable working directly with operational teams

Can confidently challenge unsafe practices while building strong working relationships

Is organised and able to manage Health & Safety requirements across multiple locations

The role offers plenty of variety and autonomy, with the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders and make a genuine impact on safety standards and culture across the business.
If you are an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for a hands-on, multi-site position within a fast-moving operational environment, we would be keen to hear from you.
