Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Groundworker to carry out repairs and maintenance on a temporary basis across the Cannock area.

Responsibilities of the Groundworker:

  • Complete general repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
  • Carry out fencing, slabbing, brickwork, block work and rendering
  • Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes
  • Cutback and prune trees and shrubs
  • Report any potential repairs and safeguarding issues
  • Arrange materials for site
  • Utilise a PDA
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Essential Experience of the Groundworker:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own tools
  • CSCS card
  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate
