As a key member of a UK-based manufacturing team, the Warehouse Metal Fabricator is responsible for the end-to-end physical production of metal components, assisting in warehouse logistics, supporting dispatch, and contributing to the development of new products.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Metal Fabrication & Production
- Measurement & Preparation: Accurately measure raw metal materials according to product specifications.
- Fabrication: Safely operate machinery and hand tools to cut, drill, and shape metal components.
- Assembly: Construct heavy-duty gazebo frames, ensuring joints, fittings, and structures meet the company’s strict quality control standards.
- General Production: Assist across the factory floor as required to meet daily production targets and manufacturing deadlines.
- Warehouse & Logistics
- Material Handling: Operate a forklift safely to unload raw materials, organize warehouse stock, and move heavy components to the production line.
