Were now aggressively growing our central Cambridge officeand are hiring experienced Senior and Principal 360 Consultants to help us scale. Youll walk into a warm desk, an established client base, and live roles from day one. Youll also work in one of our niche technical markets where our brand is already well known and where you can earn uncapped commission.
The Role
Youll join a collaborative team where youll become a genuine specialist in your chosen technical market. Expect to work closely with world class companies, helping them build and grow their engineering and technology functions.
This is a role where you shape your own success. Youll nurture existing relationships, win new ones, and consistently add value to both clients and candidates. We invest heavily in your development, offering structured internal and external training to help even top billers elevate their game.
