The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving personal sales targets, identifying customer needs and providing exceptional service.
Day-to-day of the role: Achieve personal KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets.
Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
Utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set.
Identify and exploit upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.
Maintain knowledge on new or updated parts through training and reading materials.
Record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
Provide a high level of customer service, understanding customer requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing expert advice.
Build strong relationships with clients through regular contact both over the phone and face-to-face.
Resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct business with integrity.
