Your responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the technical dimension of the sales process end-to-end, leading discovery, shaping success criteria, and executing compelling demonstrations and evaluations to secure successful outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by enabling onboarding, adoption, and expansion of radio-frequency (RF) and high-speed electronics design (e.g. Ansys, Synopsys) while delivering measurable business value.
  • Understand our customers' business objectives, design challenges, and workflows, and translate them into effective simulation-driven solutions within their engineering environments.
  • Collaborate closely with application engineers, sales teams, and marketing to ensure consistent positioning across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sales, including support and services, to drive customer success, and enable sustainable business growth for CADFEM.
  • Partner with Ansys and Synopsys product teams to influence roadmaps, validate new releases, and define application best practices.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, RF Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical field.
  • Significant industry experience in radio-frequency (RF) / high-frequency electronics design and simulation, with strong expertise in microwave, high-speed design; experience with Ansys / Synopsys is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced simulation tools (e.g., EM solvers, circuit simulators, SI / PI analysis tools) and modeling methods.
  • Strong communication skills paired with a structured, analytical, and self-driven working style, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
  • Willingness to travel within the Central Europe region.
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
