Senior Project Manager - Fire Detection/ Fire Alarm - Surrey/ Hampshire/ Middlesex

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + benefits (BUPA, Car/ Allowance, Healthcare, etc.)

This role offers the opportunity to progress to Contract Manager, focusing on quality programme-driven installations. Candidates with experience in delivering projects for a Fire Detection Installer as a Fire Alarm Systems Project Manager of large or major projects are encouraged to apply.

Location: Surrey, West London, Hampshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire (Commutable). A project in Camberley is also available.

New start Major Project requires FD&A Project Manager - Fire Detection. This will be a long-term stable role, involved from the start, setup, meetings, and follow-through over many years to ensure Fire systems are completed.

  • Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 + Perks/ Benefits
  • Bonus of £5k - £10k possible

The role requires the Fire Detection Project Manager to manage and deliver large and complex projects, integrating with Fire Suppression and Fire Protection. Experience in UK Fire Alarm systems installation (Addressable) is essential. Any Fire Suppression as well as Fire Detection experience will be beneficial.

Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms is required for consultation. Candidates with a background in Fire & Security Project Management, specialising in life safety or Fire Detection, are ideal. Experience in delivering large Fire Alarm Projects of £1m+ is necessary.
