As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and facilitating an engaging learning environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities
- Assisting students with their learning, providing one-on-one support if needed
- Helping with the preparation and organisation of teaching materials and resources
- Supporting the social and emotional development of students, promoting positive behaviour and well-being
Primary Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff members
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
