Working alongside experienced senior professionals, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, raising the profile of the Brokerage, and helping to generate new funding opportunities for clients.
The Role As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting business growth through a variety of sales, marketing, networking, and relationship management activities, including:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target sectors and markets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, banks, professional introducers, and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting outbound business development campaigns and following up prospective opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and introducer databases.
- Attending networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials, presentations, Linked In campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Assisting with client proposals, introductory documents, and funding opportunity information gathering.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider advisory business to encourage cross-referrals and maximise opportunities.
About You We are looking for a motivated, professional, and commercially aware individual who can build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
You must have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development/Account Management role gained in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a confident and professional telephone manner as well as a genuine interest in business finance and the UK lending market.
