We are looking for an experienced Machinist to join our existing team to work in our state-of-the-art purpose built Workshop at Mossfield Mill, Bury. The role is the repair and refurbishment of machine parts and the machining of new components.
Your Role:
Repairing and producing new parts/components on the following types of machines:
Lathes
Millers
Pillar Drills
Manufacturing custom parts
Generating technical drawings where required
Maintaining stock levels of raw material
Always keeping work area safe and tidy
To respond promptly to requests in a timely manner and carry out any reasonable ad hoc duties requested by the workshop manager.
To follow company working policies and practices
