Multi-Skilled Cabin Fitter
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a passion for high-quality installations and repairs.
You will utilise your plumbing expertiseincluding push fit, soldering, and compression fittingsworking on both waste and fresh pipework (new and existing). The role also involves stud work, boarding, trimming, and contributing to the manufacture of site welfare cabins, containers, and towable units. Testing and commissioning are key aspects of the position.
Attention to detail and a strong understanding of plumbing techniques and workspace maintenance are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret production drawings and working examples to ensure precise installation of components
Maintain safety, quality, and delivery standards
Promote and maintain a safe working environment
Use and maintain power tools and machinery following best practices
Adapt to changes in processes, workloads, and requirements
Take initiative and work proactively
Collaborate effectively within a team
Maintain a professional and positive approach at all times
Apply 5S principles to improve organisation, cleanliness, and standardisation
Essential Requirements
Experience in a multi-trade environment
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
Ability to achieve results and meet targets
Strong teamwork skills
Must supply own tools
Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in hire repair or reactive maintenance
Experience in the site welfare sector
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery
NVQ Level 2 in Multi-Skilled Trades
Forklift truck licence
Willingness to work overtime when required
