Your Role: The role holder will work closely with Senior Managers, Operational Leaders, HR colleagues, Safran University and external learning providers to develop effective people capability strategies that support business objectives. The role holder will contribute to the shaping of the broader HR functional plans, ensuring learning, organisational capability and workforce development requirements are effectively considered.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement the Company's Learning and Skills Development Strategy aligned to business objectives.
- To partner with Operational Managers to identify capability requirements and develop workforce development plans.
- To manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring effective planning, governance and value for money.
- To manage the Apprenticeship Levy budget, ensuring maximum utilisation of available funding.
- To manage the Manufacturing & Production (M&P) Apprenticeship Programme, including recruitment, onboarding, learner progress, provider management and End Point Assessment.
- To manage apprenticeship sponsorship schemes and support future talent pipelines through apprenticeships, graduate programmes, work experience, STEM initiatives and career events.
- To design and collaborate with the delivery of the Corporate Company Induction Programme using innovative and engaging learning solutions.
- To manage organisational competency frameworks, skills matrices and workforce capability reporting.
- To conduct Training Needs Analysis and collate organisational learning requirements to support workforce planning and budget forecasting.
- To manage the Company's mandatory learning programme, ensuring statutory, regulatory and organisational compliance requirements are achieved.
- To develop, implement and maintain learning curricula within Safran University and Selia, supporting classroom, blended and digital learning solutions.
- To work collaboratively with Safran University and Group Learning teams to implement Group learning.
