We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for an exciting new luxury hotel opening in Lancashire, offering an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new restaurant operation from the very beginning.

Following a complete refurbishment and change of ownership, this established hotel is being transformed into a high-end destination with 51 bedrooms, an 80-cover restaurant, coffee shop, events spaces, and spa facilities.

The restaurant will be a key part of the new hotel's identity, offering high-quality la carte dining in an environment that sits between refined brasserie and fine dining.
The owners are looking for a confident Restaurant Manager who can take the reins of the restaurant operation, establish exceptional service standards, and help build the team and culture ahead of opening.
As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, working closely with the senior hotel team and Head Chef to create a polished but welcoming dining experience.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
Take ownership of the restaurant operation
Recruit, train, and develop the front-of-house team
Establish and maintain exceptional service standards
Lead the team during busy services and ensure smooth communication with the kitchen
Manage rotas, staffing, stock, and day-to-day administration
Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat business
Handle feedback professionally and proactively
Help shape the restaurant's identity and service style ahead of opening
The ideal candidate will have previous Restaurant Management experience within a quality hotel, restaurant, gastro pub, or similar high-end environment.
You'll be a confident and hands-on leader who understands what excellent service looks like and is capable of building a team around those standards.
