An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. Working as part of a close-knit engineering team, you will play a key role in planned maintenance, reactive support, and continuous improvement initiatives to keep production running smoothly. You'll be working on Panama shift rota (2-week rotation covering days and nights, 2-2-3 pattern).

Key Duties

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across plant machinery and equipment
  • Provide a rapid and effective response to breakdowns to minimise operational downtime
  • Identify and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Assist with improvement initiatives, including upgrades and process enhancements
  • Accurately log maintenance activity and ensure adherence to health & safety procedures

About You

  • Hold a recognised engineering qualification (mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled)
  • Experienced within a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
