Legal Cashier Role Overview
I'm working with a well-established and growing law firm that is looking to add an ambitious Legal Cashier to its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive business that genuinely invests in its people, with a clear pathway to Head of Legal Cashiering as the department continues to grow.
Legal Cashier Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day client and office account transactions
Processing payments, receipts and bank reconciliations
Ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting
Working closely with senior management to improve finance procedures.
Legal Cashier Experience Required
Experience as a legal Cashier in a law firm environment
Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organisational skills and communication skills
