Where will you be working? At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. You’ll be joining Aran, part of M Group Energy - an industry-leading provider of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions. With a strong reputation for quality and delivery, Aran is focused on raising standards across installation projects while improving the comfort, cost of living and sustainability of UK homes. The role is site based around Buckinghamshire.

What will you be doing? As a Site Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in overseeing retrofit and energy efficiency installations across multiple sites. Working closely with Contracts Managers, installers, surveyors, subcontractors and customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and right first time. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll balance site supervision, stakeholder management and quality assurance while helping to drive a positive safety culture across every project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day supervision of installation teams and subcontractors across multiple sites
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards, specifications and accreditation requirements
  • Carrying out site inspections, audits and quality checks to monitor workmanship and compliance
  • Supporting the smooth delivery of projects, helping to keep programmes on track and resolving issues as they arise
  • Monitoring health, safety and environmental performance on site and promoting a strong safety-first culture
  • Attending site meetings and working collaboratively with clients, contractors and stakeholders
  • Managing site handovers and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
  • Investigating concerns, resolving complaints and supporting positive customer outcomes
  • Overseeing the use, maintenance and management of plant, tools and equipment
  • Supporting and developing field teams through coaching, guidance and training
  • Booking and attending customer appointments relating to technical monitoring and completed energy-saving measures
  • Identifying potential risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement across projects
  • Maintaining accurate records and effectively managing your own workload and diary

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, helping us create warmer, more energy-efficient homes for customers across the region.

What you’ll bring: We're looking for someone who enjoys being out on site, leading teams and building strong working relationships while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You'll bring:

  • Previous site supervision experience, ideally within the insulation, retrofit, construction or renewables sectors
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements in operational environments
  • Experience managing subcontractors, installers and site-based teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience dealing with clients and contractors, managing expectations and resolving issues effectively
  • A proactive and practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and achieving a 'Right First Time' approach
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others positively

Essential qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

Desirable qualifications (but not deal breakers):

  • CSCS Card
  • SSSTS
  • IOSH qualification
  • Experience within retrofit, insulation or home decarbonisation projects
