FLT Reach Drivers Wanted Immediate Starts Available! Temporary to Permanent Contract
Aspired Talent is recruiting multiple FLT Drivers on behalf of our client based in Buckingham.
Position: FLT Reach Driver Location: Buckingham Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Start Date: Immediate starts available n experienced and safety-conscious FLT Reach Driver is required to support the safe movement, storage and distribution of raw materials, packaging and finished products within a busy food production facility.
The role may involve working in chilled or colder warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities Safely operate an FLT Reach Truck in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
Load, unload, move and store raw materials, packaging and finished goods.
Place and retrieve palletised stock from high-level warehouse racking.
Replenish production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations.
Accurately pick and put away stock using warehouse management systems and stock-control procedures.
Complete daily pre-use safety checks and report any defects promptly.
Maintain accurate stock rotation using FIFO principles.
Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Record stock movements accurately and support inventory control.
Complete general warehouse duties, including manual handling and housekeeping.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Follow all food safety, HACCP, GMP and company hygiene procedures.
Pay Rates £13.22 per hour PAYE, plus holiday accrual £14.82 per hour PAYE, including holiday pay Requirements Valid, in-date FLT Reach licence is essential Previous Reach Truck experience within a warehouse environment is preferred Comfortable working in chilled or colder areas when required
