The predicted salary is between 16 - 16 £ per hour.

£16.00 per hour (including holiday pay) + Fully funded Enhanced DBS, guaranteed hours available after successful probation.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Must be available to work every other Saturday.

About the Role

Routes Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a brain injury in their own home and community. This is a rewarding role focused on promoting independence and supporting the client to access education and community activities, including accompanying them to college.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the client with daily routines and community access.
  • Transport the client to and from college and appointments.
  • Encourage independence and social engagement.
  • Follow personalised care plans.
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate care records.
  • Build a positive and professional relationship with the client and their family.

Please note: This role does not involve personal care or continence support.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months' care experience in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach.
  • Ability to work day shifts and every other Saturday.
