- Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Must be available to work every other Saturday.
About the Role
Routes Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a brain injury in their own home and community. This is a rewarding role focused on promoting independence and supporting the client to access education and community activities, including accompanying them to college.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client with daily routines and community access.
- Transport the client to and from college and appointments.
- Encourage independence and social engagement.
- Follow personalised care plans.
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Build a positive and professional relationship with the client and their family.
Please note: This role does not involve personal care or continence support.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' care experience in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Ability to work day shifts and every other Saturday.
