As a Sales Assistant based in our Bromsgrove branch youll be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business
Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers
General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the system and putting it away and picking and packing customer orders which will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets
This is a full time time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings 08.00am - 12.00pm.

Plumbing & Heating knowledge is ideal
Previous Face to Face sales and customer service experience is essential
The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
