One Bromley is seeking to recruit Clinical Leads to each of the four INT leadership teams in Bromley.
The INT Clinical Leads will be key to Bromleys Neighbourhoods.
These post holders will be a senior GP leader within their INT to oversee the delivery and operational functioning of each new INT as it embeds and expands its offer of care.
They will play an active part in planning and coordinating the work of the INT, ensuring that the new team is implementing pathways effectively to provide care in accordance with the INTs priorities and objectives.
The INT Clinical Lead will play a critical role in their INT leadership team, contributing directly towards ensuring the clinical delivery of INT services for people living with multiple LTCs, those with frailty, children and young people, people using urgent and emergency care and mental health service users.
They will chair the INTs leadership team meetings, as well as representing the INT leadership team to key stakeholders within the INT and across Bromley as part of their delivery role.
The INT Clinical Lead will: Act as the senior clinical interface between the INT and neighbourhood providers, promoting a team of teams approach across Primary care, Community services, Secondary Care, Social care and VCSE partners Champion whole-person care, continuity and consistent clinical decision-making across organisational boundaries in the interest of the patient Provide the senior point of advice and escalation for the most complex cases, pathway queries and patient complaints Work closely with their INT Neighbourhood Delivery Manager and INT team members, as well as collaborating on developmental projects with their counterparts in the other three INTs.
The Clinical Lead will be expected to work alongside their INT team members in person on the nominated and agreed working day.

As part of their induction, successful applicants will be required to participate in tailored training and development for their INT.
Eligibility INT Clinical Lead applications are encouraged from any experienced senior clinician working in Bromley primary care currently on the GP Performers List, who are passionate about enabling new ways of working for the benefit of Bromleys patient population, particularly for those with the most complex needs and circumstances.
If selected through the recruitment process, INT alignment will be determined by a combination of interview outcomes of successful candidates and preference.
Contract terms This opportunity is for an initial 12-month period, with a potential option to extend, depending on the needs of the INT development programme.
The postholder will be reimbursed for 0.2 WTE (2 sessions per week).
