About the Role

As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs within a busy workshop environment. Working both independently and alongside other technicians, you will help ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of service and repair work efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose faults and provide practical, cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, organised working area to support a professional workshop image.
  • Attend occasional onsite jobs as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Qualified mechanic or time served technician.
  • Experience working with special purpose vehicles (e.g., plant equipment, cranes, forklifts).
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
  • Understanding of diesel and electric engines.
  • A reasonably clean driving licence.
