Manpower are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative - Packing & Scrap Management to join their team in Bristol. Working Hours

37.5 hours per week
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 (finishing at 06:00 on Friday morning).

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative within the Packing & Scrap Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are packed accurately and efficiently while supporting the effective management of warehouse waste and scrap materials. You'll work as part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack products accurately and safely for dispatch.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Manage and dispose of scrap materials in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Support warehouse operations to help achieve production targets.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and systems as required.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
