Ernest Gordon has been established since 2017 and provides services to clients across the Engineering, Technical, IT and Finance sectors. We pride ourselves on our people first approach to recruitment, ensuring we build long term relationships with clients through providing the best service in the industry, and investing heavily in our staff through bespoke training and the top resources available to enable their success over the long term.
Due to a period of ongoing growth, we are looking for the next generation of recruiters with aspirations of building long term careers through to management and beyond.
In this varied role you will be part of a tight-knit team working closely with your manager and those around you to provide you the tools to succeed and manage whole recruitment processes from start-to-finish. This is a heavily cold call focused role where you will initially find businesses to work with, and then be responsible for sourcing the right candidates for the roles and then liaising with all parties to support them throughout the interview process.
