The Role
Build and develop relationships with clients across the Engineering and Technology sectors
Generate new business through outbound sales activity and cold calling
Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt talent
Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes through to completion
Build a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner
Work towards individual and team performance targets
