Are you an experienced MASH & Assessment Social Worker looking for a role that offers manageable caseloads, flexible working, and strong management support?

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out timely assessments and interventions, including:
Completing Child and Family Assessments Responding to referrals and undertaking initial visits
Managing duty responsibilities and safeguarding concerns
Conducting Section 47 enquiries where required
Risk assessment and decision-making
Multi-agency partnership working
Progressing cases to the most appropriate service pathway
Working closely with children, families, and partner agencies
The service has clear processes in place and benefits from supportive management oversight, allowing practitioners to focus on effective frontline practice.
