Service Desk Analyst - Bristol
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high-profile North Bristol based company who are looking to expand their Service Desk team which provides first class support to employees based across two offices.

This is a busy and varied role providing technical support on a variety of systems, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.

In order to be considered for this Service Desk Analyst role we are looking for most of the following experience:
Previous experience of working on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk in a 1st Line or 2nd Line role
Experience of logging calls through a call logging system
Active Directory, MS 365 Administration, Windows OS support
Hardware knowledge, laptops, desktops, monitors etc.

Basic Networking - DNS/DHCP, VPN issues, IP configuration
Excellent customer service skills
The Service Desk Analyst will be working on-site five days a week based in North Bristol with excellent transport links.

This role is covering a shift pattern between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm.
