This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible Senior Finance Business Partner role, using your technical accounting background to shape commercial decisions, improve performance and support the organisation through its next phase of growth.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial challenge and financial insight
  • Analyse business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and support growth
  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions, business cases, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
  • Translate financial information into clear, commercially focused recommendations
  • Challenge assumptions and influence key business decisions
  • Support pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and investment appraisals
  • Improve financial reporting and planning processes across the business
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Why you're a great fit:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • A strong technical accounting background with excellent analytical skills
  • Experience operating at Audit Manager level, or equivalent experience within a commercial finance or business partnering role
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial information into practical business insight
