A leading Tier 1 Contractor is searching for a Senior Design Manager to join the expanding team based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to deliver award-winning projects from pre-construction phase through to handover.
Our client has a full order book delivering schools, colleges, commercial blue-light and custodial projects across Bristol and surrounding areas ranging from £10m - £60m.

The Package:
- Basic salary of £72,500 - £82,500 (Negotiable DOE).
- Company Car Allowance (£7,500).
- 29 days annual leave (+ buy/sell holiday scheme).

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review the technical aspects of details put forward by architects and engineers.
- Coordinate changes with the design team to ensure best value.
- Lead design team meetings and coordinate the build process.
- Liaise with clients and consultants throughout the project.
To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Design Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £5m+.
