This is a role with a genuinely independent broker, working as part of a close-knit, high-performing team of insurance professionals in Bristol who are passionate about doing things properly. They don’t cut corners. They don’t oversell. They care about their people, their clients, about standards, and about doing insurance the right way.

The Role

You’ll hold responsibility for some of the most important and complex commercial clients in the business, including multifaceted risks that need attention to detail. You’ll work closely with experienced Directors who value your input and let you get on with the job with no micro-managing.

You’ll be backed by:

  • Full flexibility to work where and when suits you - They have a beautiful office (if you like the buzz) but also offer the option to work from home.
  • Annual bonus
  • Support for your CII qualifications, including financial rewards
  • Genuinely flexible working - whether that’s hybrid, part-time, compressed hours, or school hours

In short: you’ll be trusted, valued, and properly looked after.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced Commercial Account Handler who’s:

  • Confident managing complex cross-class clients
  • Comfortable working with insurers and underwriters to get the best outcome
  • A natural at building (and maintaining) relationships
  • Passionate about insurance and the impact it can have when done right

If you’ve got ACII or are working towards it - great. If not, and you want to, you’ll get all the support you need.

Why This Role?

Because too many brilliant insurance professionals are stuck in stale environments, dealing with politics instead of people. Here, you’ll get autonomy, a great culture, and the chance to really make your mark.
