Based in the centre of Bristol we want to nurture the next generation of talent through our business where you can ultimately be an owner of the company.

We pride ourselves on our personal touch here at Ernest Gordon, and understand the value of individuals. The team you would be joining is headed by one of our Recruitment Managers Harry. Harry joined us in 2021 with aims of success but was unsure of how to achieve his goals. Ernest Gordon provided the platform to build his career whilst giving him all the necessary tools to have complete financial freedom and the chance to lead his own team. With aims of growing his team further, he is now looking for the next motivated individual to join and fulfil their potential in every sense.

For us to hit our objectives we need the next generation of managers and talent coming through. We value training, supporting and valuing people and for us to get where we want to, we need leaders who want to inspire and develop their own teams.
