Role Summary:

In response to growing strategic initiatives, Our Client is seeking an experienced Programme Lead to direct and oversee their Repairs System programme. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve programme milestones.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise repair processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in leading complex programmes within repair, maintenance, or industrial systems.
  • Strong project management expertise, with practical knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
  • Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into strategic programme actions.
  • Solid understanding of repair processes, system integration, and operational workflows.
  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Certification in programme management or related fields (e.g., PMP, MSP).
  • Experience with digital repair systems or Asset Management Software.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to repair services.
