You will take responsibility for the technical leadership during the design and development and support of our products. Taking the lead in part of a multi-disciplined team.
Principal Systems Engineer can be based out of either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working with a weekly visit to Barnstaple being required.
The salary for this role is up to Β£80k, depending on experience.

Whatyoullbedoing Technical leadership of defined work packages
Leading and mentoring project team members
Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities
Integration and production qualification activities
Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products
Work Package Generation

Theskills you need Degree in relevant engineering discipline
Extensive Systems Engineering Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle and engineering / technical leadership
DOORS and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
Defence or Aerospace experience would be highly desirable
