Over the past 18 months, our service has grown to a team of 15 Educational Psychologists and continues to evolve. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding and diversifying our professional offer and are now seeking permanent Educational Psychologists to join our National SEND Service.

  • An interest in a permanent role that offers flexibility and autonomy
  • A passion for professional growth, collaboration and improving outcomes for children and young people

We welcome applications from EPs at all stages of their career, including newly qualified practitioners.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Fully funded CPD and training opportunities
  • Peer supervision and line management from Dr Ben Powell (ex-Principal EP and former Head of Service at Barnsley MBC and One Education, Manchester)
  • Private sector benefits, including enhanced annual leave, tech schemes and incentives
