We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established 4-star hotel. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.
The Job
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily performance across departments
- Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and frontline teams
- Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction, service standards, and brand reputation
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and performance improvement
The Person
- Proven experience in a hotel management or operations role within a 4-star (or higher) property - ESSENTIAL
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent operational, financial, and organisational ability
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant hospitality qualification preferred
