Our client is a well-established manufacturer within luxury interiors, specialising in high-end bathrooms, kitchens, and premium tiles, renowned for delivering premium products and exceptional design solutions. With a strong presence across multiple markets, they have built a reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities as a Design Sales Consultant:
- You will be based in the showroom, selling and designing a wide range of high-end bathrooms, kitchens and associated products to a range of different clients.
- Drive retail designs within a busy sales environment.
- Engage with customers from initial greeting through to showcasing products, creating bathroom and kitchen designs along with exposure to closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Work on a 5-day rota across 7 days (Monday - Sunday).
The Successful Candidate:
- Proven track record in some element of designs.
- Experience in a showroom or face-to-face sales is highly desirable.
- Sales experience would be great but not essential.
- Experience within bathrooms, tiles, flooring, interiors of furniture would be ideal!
- Bathroom design experience ideal too! Training offered.
- Kitchen design experience also ideal.
- Personable, driven, and motivated with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Someone who is willing to learn and absorb training.
