We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Revit MEP Technician to join our Building Information Modelling (BIM) team. The Role

As a Revit MEP Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of coordinated building services designs across a wide range of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality MEP models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
  • Supporting engineers with the detailed design and coordination of MEP systems.
  • Developing accurate and technically robust BIM models.
  • Producing detailed MEP drawings from RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 4.
  • Working collaboratively with internal engineers and external design teams to produce fully coordinated, clash-free models.
  • Applying BIM processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Working in line with company BIM standards, project-specific BEPs and internal processes.
  • Running clash detection using Navisworks or Solibri and assisting with model coordination.
  • Providing technical support and contributing to continuous improvement within the BIM team.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience using Autodesk Revit MEP with the ability to work confidently and independently.
  • Experience working to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • A solid understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative design processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and industry BIM standards.
  • Experience using Navisworks or Solibri for clash detection and model coordination.
  • Experience working in accordance with BSRIA BG6 guidance.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge designs constructively and contribute during coordination meetings.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet project deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail and quality.
