An opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement leader to join a recognised regulated organisation as Head of Procurement.

Leading Procurement, Supplier Management, Facilities & Estates, setting strategy, driving operational resilience, and delivering commercial value across a complex third-party landscape.

Your new role
You'll be responsible for:
Defining and delivering the procurement and supplier management strategy.

Leading high-performing and established teams.

Driving best practice across sourcing, contracts, supplier risk and vendor performance.

Supporting operational resilience, regulatory compliance and ESG objectives.

Influencing senior executives and Board stakeholders on procurement, risk and commercial decisions.

Delivering measurable savings, value and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
Significant procurement leadership experience within a regulated environment.

Expertise across procurement, outsourcing, supplier management and commercial contracting.

Strong knowledge of third-party risk, operational resilience and regulatory governance.

Experience leading transformation, change and high-performing teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to influence at Executive and Board level.

CIPS qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
