Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new role? This is a great opportunity to join a leading supplier of machined parts to global Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
The Role:
- Set up and operation of CNC milling machines.
- Installing workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Production of high-quality detail parts.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Adherence to specifications and quality standards.
The Candidate:
- Experienced CNC setter operator.
- Knowledge of Heidenhain & Fanuc controls.
- Ability to set work shifts including 4th axis and Trunions.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Ability to resolve common CNC machine issues (tooling problems, etc).
- Experience using measuring equipment.
- Understanding of Geometric dimensions and tolerances.
The Benefits:
- £20.40 per hour including shift allowance, £39,249.60 per year.
- Monday to Thursday 6am 2pm, 2pm 10pm, Fridays 6am 11am, 11am 4pm.
- Overtime at time and a half.
