You will be a trusted partner to our property managers and clients, ensuring estates are financially well run, transparent and compliant. Blending your accounting expertise with a service mindset, you will manage client money, service charge budgets and reporting with accuracy and care.

In this role you will safeguard the financial health of a varied portfolio, resolve queries promptly, and communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers and residents. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help developments run smoothly and give stakeholders confidence in the numbers.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • Preparing, reconciling and reporting on client and service charge accounts, supporting property managers with timely, accurate financial insight.
  • Handling queries, chasing information, liaising with suppliers, and keeping systems and records up to date.

  • Preparing and reconciling client bank accounts and service charge funds.
  • Producing, reviewing and updating service charge budgets and forecasts.
  • Creating year-end statements, audit files and supporting documentation.
  • Investigating variances, resolving queries and posting journals and accruals.
  • Managing supplier invoices, payments and allocations in line with controls.
  • Preparing regular financial reports and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
