We are seeking a Warehouse Operative/MHE Driver who preferably has a valid Counterbalance Licence and MHE experience to join our team at a new, modern warehouse. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operative/MHE Driver in the Rugby area.
The rate of pay is £13.47 per hour, overtime £20.20 per hour (1.5x) and £26.94 per hour (2x). This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are 2pm to 10pm.
Your Time at Work
- Loading/unloading stock
- Tipping containers
- Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
- Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational requirements
Please note that this is a physically demanding role.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good communication skills and be able to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting. Applicants must have experience with MHE. MHE experience is required before joining the site, a Counterbalance Clamp Truck is used on site, but training/refresh test will be provided. The role will involve multitasking, not only operating MHE.
