Grafters Recruit Ltd are looking for LGV Class 1 Lorry Drivers to support our growing team at Sainsburys Daventry site.

Rates: Sunday to Saturday Days 06:00-18:00 - £19.98 p/h Sunday to Saturday Nights 18:00-06:00 - £21.58 p/h Your role will include Trunking and Store Deliveries within the Argos and Sainsburys network, plus supplier and Backhaul collections.
The
Role: You will be required to accurately and efficiently complete delivery of stock within timescales set.
You will ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in line with legislation.
You will attend any relevant training as required to ensure you remain fully equipped to perform your role effectively and to assist in the development of continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices and the Health & Safety at Work Act.
You will report any accident or damage to any equipment or machinery.
You will be multi dropping deliveries to stores.
Always keep your truck clean.
Available shifts: Store deliveries: 02:00 03:00 05:30 05:30 06:00 12:00 14:00 14:00 14:00 Trunking deliveries: 15:00 17:00 19:00 00:00 02:00 Experience and Qualifications You MUST hold a valid in date LGV HGV (C+E) Class 1 licence.
You MUST hold a Valid Digital Tachograph Card Full Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) You MUST not have no more than 6 points on your licence.
Your licence MUST have been held for at least 12 months.
Commercial driving experience is desirable.
You must be fully flexible in relation to shifts and duties.
You must be able to provide a time critical delivery service in line with site KPIs including fuel efficiency.
Each driver will be required to pass an assessment prior to being given a full induction and training for the role.
