What you'll be doing:

In this entry-level sales role, you'll represent well-known brands at promotional events, retail pop-ups and other event-based campaigns. Working alongside experienced team members, you'll receive continuous coaching and mentoring while learning valuable sales and communication skills in a hands-on environment. You'll engage with customers face-to-face, introduce products and services, answer questions and create memorable customer experiences. As your confidence and skills grow, you'll have the opportunity to maximise your uncapped commission-based earnings.

Requirements:

  • The ability to commute to Brighton daily is essential.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Full-time equivalent availability (4/5 full days a week between Mon-Sat).
  • Confidently engage with people using excellent English and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and succeed.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
  • No previous sales experience is required – our client is looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

This is a subcontracted, commission-based opportunity, with full coaching and ongoing mentoring provided. Successful candidates have come from a wide range of backgrounds, including retail, customer service, support work, graduate roles, care, hospitality, call centres, as well as warehouse, driving, labouring, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and many more.
