We're expanding our evening MRI and CT services and are looking for Radiology Department Assistants to join our growing Bank Team.

Working twilight shifts across our Brighton, Crawley and Crowborough centres, you'll help us increase diagnostic capacity and reduce patient waiting times by supporting services until 10:00pm.

The post holder will provide dual clinical support and administrative cover within the Brighton Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) and associated satellite sites.

Working as a Radiography Department Assistant (RDA), they will support radiographers in delivering high-quality, efficient diagnostic imaging services (e. g., X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound) while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity.

Additionally, the post holder will cover reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

They will manage patient arrivals, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and administrative workflows to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The post holder must adhere to all local operational guidelines, patient confidentiality standards (Data Protection/GDPR), and company policies, while actively participating in training and development.
