Nightingale Homecare are looking for dedicated Community Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to people in their own homes in Seaford, Saltdean, Peacehaven and Seahaven .

What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by:
Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respect
Supporting clients with medication administration
Assisting with daily routines and personal wellbeing
Preparing meals and drinks
Carrying out light household duties
Encouraging independence and confidence
Supporting clients with hobbies, interests and community activities
Promoting clients' health, safety, wellbeing and reporting any concerns
Every visit gives you the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's day.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
Caring, kind and compassionate
Reliable and committed
Good communicators with a positive attitude
Available to work weekdays and alternate weekends
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle (essential)
Previous care experience is welcome but not essentialwe provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support.
