Are you a CNC Turner (Operator/Setter), looking for a stable, days-based role within a long-established, family-run engineering company that values quality over quantity and invests in its people?
This company is one of Europe's major suppliers of products for the Wire, Rope, and Tube industry. Established for over 30 years, this company supplies high-value, precision components to customers worldwide.
Due to replacement, they are looking to add a CNC Turner to their close-knit team. You'll be working on low-volume, high-precision bespoke components (typically batches of 10s and 20s), machining tool steel and hardened steels from customer drawings using Fanuc-controlled CNC methods. While CAD/CAM experience is beneficial, strong operator/setter experience is equally valued, with full CAD/CAM training available for the right person.
On offer is a Monday to Friday, days-based role with an early Friday finish, optional overtime paid at enhanced rates, and a genuine opportunity to progress into a supervisory position over time. The company focuses on long-term stability and profitability rather than rapid expansion, meaning consistent work, high standards, and investment in skill development.

- Machining tool steel and hardened steels
- Days-based, Monday to Friday with early finish on Friday
